Oak Point Developments Rental Properties

 

With the world having to cope with COVID-19, we at Oak Point Developments are wanting to do our part in protecting all of our tenants and staff before allowing someone to enter one of our properties. 

At this time, we are still offering viewings of our suites and buildings BUT this can ONLY be done by an appointment.

Another option is to for us to do a video walk thru or send pictures of the suite and building.

We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause, but we all have to do our part in protecting each other while deal with Covid-19.

All of our properties are ether a 2 or 3 story walk ups in which they have all been renovated to give our tenants that modern feel when they come home from a long day.

With the type of renovations, we have done to the hallways, suites and common areas at all of our properties we are producing less Green House gas which is always a good thing for our planet. This includes better insulation in the attics, new windows and doors for better draft control, to energy efficient boiler systems, lighting and appliances. 

By reducing the amount of energy that our properties use, not only will the tenants benefit by keeping the rental increases to a minimum, but the environment will benefit as well

You may wonder what makes us different from so many other Property Management Companies here is in the Capital City of Alberta?

First, we are focused on making sure that all of our clients get the Customer Service they deserve from us whether it’s answering a simple question, or they are having a maintenance issue as each property has its own site manager.

Secondly, we are always improving the grounds and the properties themselves to keep them from looking run down or neglected. 

Third, we believe that our Maintenance Team is the best in the city, if you have an issue you will receive a response from us with in a few hours of your email and we are fixing it with in 48 hours Monday thru Friday! 

Forth, we don’t just except any application as we want to make sure that we don’t upset our long-term tenants just to fill a vacancy within the building.

Yes, you may find cheaper suites for rent or they are offering you some sort of incentive to sign a lease, but you need to ask why they are do this? 

We are very proud to say that our vacancy rate over the last 6 years has been below 3%. 

This means we are not losing tenants because they are unhappy with us at Oak Point Developments.
