About the property

Each suite has been renovated receiving a new kitchen, bath, floors, lighting, paint, casing and baseboards. While none of the suites have a balcony, the property does have a gated back yard with a deck and community BBQ for those that want to be able to BBQ or read a book or just relax outside.

Laundry is available on the property, and is located on the second floor.

This property has been extensively renovated including new windows, a new boiler and hot water tank. The hallways have been up dated with new paint, lighting and carpet.

Greyson Heights is on The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program with the Edmonton Police Service.

There is not enough that I can say about Scott and his team! I had lived at Greyson Heights for over 6 years and Tamrra and Marksmen the two site managers where always there to answer my questions and if there was a something wrong weather it was in my suite or on the grounds Scott or his crew where there the next day to fix it! I am sorry that I have finished my schooling and it was time for me to move back to BC but I will miss my old home for sure and you can not go wrong living in one of Scott's properties!


I rented at Greyson Heights for two years while attending NAIT. This building is located in a quiet neighborhood. The building is very secure and safe. It is also very quite, great for studding. They keep the building very clean and updated. Additionally the management is very responsive and attended to concerns right away, even after hours. Every one was very kind and helpful during my stay. I highly recommend renting from Oak Point Developments.
