About the property

Peyton Place is a 5 minute walk to the Beer Market District or to Safeway, banking, shopping and restaurants. Grant MacEwan University and Rogers Place is only a 10 minute to campus or the rink.

The Edmonton transit (ETS) is only a block away on 104 ave., and the new future LRT is to be only two blocks away.

Since adding this property to our family of properties we have improved the hallways with new lighting, carpet and painting of the hallways. We have updated the grounds with new LED lighting for the safety of all our tenants when the sun sets.

New windows and patio doors were installed in all the suites in the summer of 2017 for better heating and cooling which also keep the outside noise outside.

We are proud to say that Peyton Place is on the Crime Free Program with The Edmonton City Police as of March 2017.

My time at Peyton Place wasn’t nearly as long as some of the other tenants, but I just wanted to thank Scott, Kayla and his team for being so friendly, efficient and providing a safe environment. Any concerns or problems within the suite were resolved within two days at the latest. I had a great experience with Oak Point Developments!


This was my very first apartment and I honestly can’t thank Scott and his team enough for making my time there the most peaceful and enjoyable. Whenever I had any questions or concerns a quick email to Scott or Kayla, the building manager, always remedied the situation. Living in downtown, where it can feel a bit congested or overwhelming at times, Scott and the team always took the necessary steps to make sure their tenants felt safe and comfortable in their suites. Although my time at Peyton Place was short to due to employment found outside of the country, I know that if I ever decide to move back to Edmonton, Scott and Oak Point Developments would be one of the first I would contact. I already miss my suite at Peyton Place and would recommend 100% to anyone looking to rent or live in downtown Edmonton.


We just wanted to thank Scott and his team as we lived at 2 of Oak Point Properties over the last 5 years while going to the U of A and Mac Ewan. We loved our time at English Manor for the three years and then our last couple of years at Peyton Place was perfect for both of us as we wanted to be a little closer to work and both University's. Any concerns or issue where dealt with with in a day or two and everyone was so friendly and caring! Thank you Scott for allowing us to move to Peyton Place and if we every come back to Edmonton we will definitely be calling you first!!

Peyton Place was a fantastic place to live. The landlord, building management, and other tenants were a joy to be around. The building was kept very clean on the inside of the building as well as maintained on the outside. Repairs were taken care of immediately if needed, and handled professionally. The parking lot was monitored and cleaned thoroughly throughout the winter when there was snowfall. I felt safe and comfortable in my environment as a young tenant, and I would recommend this building to any of my friends or family.
