Peyton place is in the heart of Oliver District in downtown Edmonton.

This building has a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom suite and can be found just three blocks north of Jasper Ave and one block south of 104 Ave on 116st. There are two laundry rooms in the building, which can be found on the first and second floor of the building. The building received new windows and patio doors in the summer of 2016 for better heating and cooling.

Peyton Place is only one block south of a Beer District as well as a Safeway, banking, shopping and restaurants.

This quite 3-story walk up is a great location for anyone wanting to be living in central Edmonton. The Edmonton transit (bus) is only one block away with a future LRT station going to be two blocks away by in the 2018 and is only a 10 minute walk to the MacEwan University.

Since adding this property to our family of buildings in the spring of 2015 we have improved the hallways with new lighting, carpet and painting of the hallways. The grounds have been updated with mulch and new lighting around the property for the safety of all our tenants when the sun sets.

Suites on the second and third floor do have balconies and gas barbeques are welcome.

Some suittes have covered parking and the others have lot parking.

Cats are welcome at this property but please be aware that there is a pet contract to be signed and a $300 non-refundable pet deposit per pet is required before any pets are allowed to move in to a suite.
