Aspen Ridge is located just east of the Commonwealth Stadium and LRT. It is a 2 minutes walk to the Stadium Train Station (LRT), and is only a 10-minute train ride to the U of A Campus. It is 5 minutes to downtown by train.

This building has gone through major renovations. (Kitchen, bath, floors, lighting, paint). Suites on the second and third floor have balconies.

Aspen Ridge only offers one-bedroom suites. Laundry room is located on the first floor. Aspen Ridge had new windows and doors installed in summer 2008, for better heating and cooling. The building was also upgraded with a new boiler in 2008, hot water tank, and a new roof with added insulation. The hallways have been updated with new lighting and paint to give you that nice warm welcome.

Aspen Ridge is on the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program with the Edmonton Police Service.

We have a fanstic 3 bedrrom suite for rent with it's own private entrance to the suite. Perfect for any students that want there own bedroom but and space. This 3 bedroom suite is 1200 sq ft and was renovated 3 years ago. Whether your a student at the U of A, McEwan or even NAIT but you don't want to drive or pay for parking, or you may be looking for a clean, quite and safe place to call home while being close to downtown this suite is for you! Aspen Ridge is a 2-minute walk to the Stadium LRT Station and you can go from your suite door to the classroom at the U of A in under 15 minute or even short period of time if you are going to Mac Ewan or NAIT. There is no need to pay for parking at the campuses and you don’t have to worry about the weather or traffic with the LRT being less then a block away. The suite on the first floor and again was renovated from top to bottom a few years ago. Our renovations include new countertops, lighting, vanities, flooring, baseboard and casing. Both suites had been painted throughout and the appliances had been replaced at the time of the renovation. We included all blinds for the windows, and the suite includes 1 parking spot. We base our rents on the square footage of the suite, does the suite have a balcony, parking, how many appliances come with the suite, as well as the extent of the renovations that has occurred to the suite at the time of the renovation which all helps us factors our price point for setting the rent for each of suites at our 6 different locations.
