English Manor is a quiet 11-suite walk up building that is a short walk to banks, bakery’s, coffee shops, grocery stores and schools.


At English Manor we have renovated our hallways with a modern but a trendy look in mind.

All of our suite have been renovated which includes: new countertops and cupboards, lighting, vanities toilet and bathtub in the bathroom, flooring throughout the suite, baseboard and casing. The suite has been painted throughout in a light grey and with a darker gray feature wall in the living room. The suite comes with a stainless-steel fridge and stove.

Kingsway Garden Mall or the NAIT campus is a 10-minute bus ride or a 5 minutes commute by car or bike.


For anyone working downtown and you are not wanting to drive, find and pay for parking, taking the #5 bus by ETS is only15 minutes from suite door to downtown.


For the U of A students, it’s about a 1/2 hour commute by ETS from English Manor to campus.


English Manor is a pet friendly building but there is a $300 non-refundable deposit per pet. You must have management approval and you will be required to sign a pet contract for all pets before they are allowed to move into the building.
