Aspen Ridge which is beside the new Stadium Yards Project is only a 2-minute walk to the Stadium LRT Station, and you can go from your suite door to the classroom at the U of A in under 15 minute or even short period of time if you are going to Mac Ewan or NAIT. There is no need to pay for parking at the campuses and you don’t have to worry about the weather or traffic with the LRT being less than a block away.
The Commonwealth Stadium is a 5-minute walk for those that want to take in a Football Game or Outdoor Concerts or you are looking to work out, the Commonwealth has a state-of-the-art gym, pool, indoor track and sports field.If your into out door concerts or taking in a ELKS Football game again you are only a 5 minute walk to the stadium.

Located just east of downtown Edmonton and Commonwealth Stadium, Aspen Ridge provides excellent access to many amenities and post-secondary schools.
It's a 2 minute walk from Aspen Ridge to the Stadium Station (LRT), which means its only a 10-minute commute to the U of A Campus or Grant MacEwan University, or a 15 minute commute by the LRT to NAIT. It's also only a 10 minute walk to Condordia College.
