English Manor is a peaceful, 11-suite walk-up tucked right in the heart of the vibrant Alberta Avenue Community. Surrounded by charming homes and a neighborhood bursting with character, you’ll be just steps away from a mouthwatering mix of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, food markets, Safeway, and Shoppers Drug Mart—perfect for grabbing groceries or sneaking in a sweet treat (we won’t tell).

Heading east? Take a short walk or bus ride to the Coliseum LRT Station, and from there you’re minutes from University of Alberta, MacEwan University, or downtown. Feeling adventurous? And yes…we love pets! 🐾 English Manor is cat- and dog-friendly. There’s a $300 non-refundable fee per pet, and management approval is required. All pet owners sign a simple agreement (don’t worry, it’s shorter than your last Netflix binge) to make sure your furry friend’s shots are up to date and that they’re ready to follow the rules of being your roommate—because let’s be honest, pets like to think they run the place.
Every suite has been fully renovated from top to bottom with care: sleek butcher block countertops, modern lighting, updated vanities and cabinets, fresh wide baseboards and casing, and most suites include three stainless steel appliances and a private balcony. Curtains for all windows are included, along with one parking stall—just move in, kick back, and call it home.
