All suites include blinds for the windows and 1 parking spot, each parking spot is energized so you can plug-in your vehicle on those cold winter nights.

Our rents for each of the suites at Peyton Place are based on the square footage of the suite, the size of balcony, parking, the type of appliances, the location of the property as well as the extent of the renovations that has occurred to the suite. We take all that factor into account to help us set a fair price as you will find that we are below market price, but you get much more then market quality and customer service from us at Oak Point Developments!

Peyton Place is a cat friendly building, but there're is a cat contract and a 1 time $300 non-refundable Cat fee that needs to be in place before any fury friend can show up with their suite case!
