McQueen Gardens is located in West-Central Edmonton just West of the traffic circle on 142st and 107 ave.

McQueen Gardens is an Adult (40+) building which boast many features that you don’t find at other rental properties!

McQueen Gardens has a great little exercise-room, a brand new coffee bar and puzzle room both located on the second floor.

The first thing you will notices when you walk in to McQueen Gardens is the beautiful Lobby that greets you when you come homeas it was updated this year.
At McQueen Gardens, we have a great little TV louge for those that want to watch a movie or maybe chear on the Oiler or Elks, you will laso find our community computer for those like to surf the web but don’t own a computer.

Spring time can be exciting as we have 20 garden plots for those that want to grow some fresh herbs or vegetables.



There is a real community within the building, between the lobby, TV lounge, the coffee lounge and pool room, there are quite a few tenants that like to mingle in this areas before heading out for the day.

McQueen Gardens is on a dail a bus route for those that need or like to use ETS or DATS Service, to get around town, there is a bus stop just out the front door, which you will be on a bus heading to ether Westmount or to Jasper Gates Terminal.
For those that may still be working you can be downtown in less than 10 minutes by busas that stop is less then 1/2 block away.

Our energized parking spot is limited at McQueen Gardens and therefore we do charge $25 per month for parking but there is lots of ample free parking on the street along the property for those who don’t want to pay for parking.

McQueen Gardens has been fitted with TELUS Optic Fibre as well as Shaw/ Rogers. For those Shaw/ Rogers customers we do have Go Wi-Fi throughout the property for our SHAW/ Rogers to enjoy and not miss that play off hockey game while doing laundry!
