Our renovations included: flooring, base board and casing, lighting, cabinets and butcher block counter tops, new vanity and bathtub, lighting, and three new stainless-steel appliances. 

For the wall colors we have chosen light greys with the trim and doors done in white to make the suite bright and cheery.

About the suite

McQueen Gardens is located west-central Edmonton just West of the traffic circle on 142st and 107 ave.

McQueen Gardens is an Adult (40+) building which boast many features that you don’t find at other rental properties! We have an exercise-room on the second floor as well as a games room with a pool table and shuffleboard table. A banquet room and for those summer months we do offer free garden plots for those that like to garden.

There is also a TV room with a community computer for those like to surf the web but don’t own a computer.

The community within the building have a coffee club that meet a few times a week before heading out for the day. 

McQueen Gardens is on a bus route so for those that like to use ETS bus to get around you can walk out the front door and be on a bus heading to ether Westmount or to Jasper Gates Terminal. For those that may still be working you can be downtown in less than 15 minutes by bus.

Parking is limited at McQueen Gardens and therefore we do charge $25 per month for parking but there is lots of ample free parking on the street along the property.

McQueen Gardens has been fitted with TELUS Optic Fiber to each of the suites and we do have Shaw Go Wi-Fi throughout the property for our SHAW customers to enjoy. 

Please note that your rent includes WATER, HEAT and POWER.
