We do require a Cat Agreement to be signed, along with a one-time cat fee per cat.

It's a 2 minute walk from Aspen Ridge to the Stadium Station (LRT), which means its only a 10-minute commute to the U of A Campus or Grant MacEwan University, or a 15 minute commute by the LRT to NAIT. It's also only a 10 minute walk to Condordia College.
