Rents at Peyton Place are based on suite square footage, balcony size, parking, appliance types, location, and the extent of renovations. Peyton Place is a cat-friendly building! A pet agreement and a one-time $300 non-refundable cat fee are required before your furry friend can move in. Sorry, no dogs are allowed.
