About the suite

McQueen Gardens is an Adult (40+) building which boast many features that you don’t find at other rental properties! 

We have an exercise-room on the 2nd floor as well as a games room with a pool table with a shuffleboard table on the 1st floor. 
We also have a banquet room on the 2nd floor for those that may need more room when family comes over.
For those that like to garden in the summer months we do offer free garden plots but come quick as they fill up quickly.

We have a TV room with a community computer for those like to surf the web but don’t own a computer.

There is a community within the building, We have a large group of tenants that like to meet a few times a week ether in the games room or in the lobby to talk about current events before heading out for the day. 

McQueen Gardens is located on a senior dial a bus route and only a 1/2 block from a major bus route on 107ave for those that like to use ETS bus to get around. It is very easy to get to ether Westmount or to Jasper Gates Terminal with in 10 miutes by bus from McQueen Gardens.

For those that may want to get downtown it is less than 15 minutes by bus from McQueen Gardens.

Parking is limited at McQueen Gardens and therefore we do charge $25 per month for parking but there is lots of ample free parking on the street along the property ether on McQueen Road or on 107A Ave.

McQueen Gardens has been fitted with TELUS Optic Fiber to each of the suites and we do have Shaw Go Wi-Fi throughout the property for our SHAW customers to enjoy.
