Greyson Heights is a quite non-smoking 3-story walk up. It has 15-suites, 12-2 bedroom and 3-1 bedroom units. The laundry is located on the second floor.

Greyson Heights is located in Queen Mary Park and is in with walking distance to parks, schools, and Kingsway Garden Mall.
