The renovations will include new cupboards and butch block counter tops and stainless steal applicances.
For anyone wanting to take transit to the U of A, NAIT or McEwan, the Stadium LRT station is only a 2 minute walk from the suite door.
Notice: Aspen Ridge is a cat-friendly building but please be aware that there is a pet contract to be signed and a $300 non-refundable pet fee. This is required before any pets are allowed to move in to a suite.

There is no need to pay for parking at the campuses and you don’t have to worry about the weather or traffic with the LRT being less than a block away.
The Commonwealth Stadium is a 5-minute walk for those that want to take in a Football Game or Outdoor Concerts or you are looking to work out at the Commonwealth which has a state-of-the-art gym, pool, indoor track and sports field.
