The Alexandrine is only 2 blocks from the heart of Whyte Ave and all the shops, pubs / bars, restaurants, coffee shops.
 
The Alexandrine is located across the street from Old Strathcona High School and for those that want to go for a nature walk, run or bicycle ride you just head North, 2 blocks to our beautiful river valley which is the largest urban park in Canada. The river valley has more than 160 kilometres maintained pathways and 20 major parks! Beat that NY! 
 
The U of A Campus or University Hospital is about a 10-15 minute walk or 5-7 minute bicycle ride.
So no need to worry about driving or paying for parking ($250 to $300 per month) at the U of A or at the University Hospital as the suite comes with a parking spot.
 
As you are only two blocks from Whyte Ave, where you will find bus transit service (ETS) which can get to the U of A campus within minutes, on the campus you will find Edmonton’s Light Rail Train (LRT) for those that want to get downtown or go to Southgate Mall by train.

For those concerned about Internet speed The Alexandrine does have ether TELUS Optic Fibre or Shaw. For those with Shaw we do have Shaw Go Wi-Fi throughout the building, so you don't have to worry about missing that hockey game or online class while doing laundry.
