About the suite

McQueen Gardens is located in West-Central Edmonton just West of the traffic circle on 142st and 107 ave.

McQueen Gardens is an Adult (40+) building which boast many features that you don’t find at other rental properties!

We have an exercise-room on the second floor as well as a games room with a pool table and shuffleboard table. 
We have a banquet room that will hold 40 people and for those summer months we do offer free garden plots for those that like to garden.

We also have a TV room with a community computer for those like to surf the web but don’t own a computer.

There is a real community within the building, from the coffee club that meet a few times a week before heading out for the day to having a chat with fellow tenants in the afternoon waiting for the mailman to arrive. 

McQueen Gardens is on a bus route for those that need or like to use ETS Service (bus) to get around, we have a bus stop just out the front door and be on a bus heading to ether Westmount or to Jasper Gates Terminal. 
For those that may still be working you can be downtown in less than 15 minutes by bus.

Our energized parking spot is limited at McQueen Gardens and therefore we do charge $25 per month for parking but there is lots of ample free parking on the street along the property for those who don’t want to pay for parking.

McQueen Gardens has been fitted with TELUS Optic Fibre as well as Shaw. For those Shaw customers we do have Go Wi-Fi throughout the property for our SHAW to enjoy and not miss that play off hockey game while doing laundry!
