Downtown Edmonton is the place to be and Peyton Place puts you in the middle of it all! This rent for this suite is $1000 based on a 1 year lease and if you are looking for do offer a shorter term lease but we do charge $50 more per month for a 6 month lease . Peyton Place is within a 10-minute walk to the New Ice District and McEwen University. The Brewery District, which is only a 5 minutes walk, which has many stores, restaurants and grocey stores. Peyton Place is in the heart of community of Oliver, which is located between Jasper Ave and 104Ave on 116St. It’s a perfect location for any urban dweller on a budget. At Peyton Place we have a few different floor plans for our 1-bedroom suites as they range in size between 660 to 780Sqft which all include a large storage room and balcony for any suite found on the 2nd and 3rd floor. This suites that is on the third floor and faces North was renovated from top to bottom last year, which includes new countertops, lighting, vanities, flooring, baseboard and casing. The suites have been painted through out. The appliances where replaced at the time of the renovation. We included all blinds for the windows and 1 parking spot and has a 25ft balcony We base our rents on the square footage of the suite, the size of balcony, parking, how many appliances, as well as the extent of the renovations that has occurred to the suite helps us factors our rent for each of suites with in our properties throughout Edmonton. Peyton Place is a cat friendly building but we do have a pet contract and a $300 non-refundable deposit per cat to be taken care of before any cat would be allowed to move in. We will have a 2-bedrrom suite on the first floor that has a walk out balcony to the centre courtyard and comes with a large in suite storage room. This suite was renovated from top to bottom a few years ago and has no carpet and has 3 new stainless steel appliances with butch block countertops in the kitchen. Please note that WATER, HEAT and POWER are all include in the rent at McQueen Gardens. Parking is limited at McQueen Gardens and therefore we do charge $25 per month for parking but there is lots of free parking on the street along the property. Please note that McQueen Gardens is an Adult (40+) building just west of downtown Edmonton and is a on a bus route to ether Westmount shopping centre or Jasper Gate terminal.
