With the world having to cope with COVID-19, we at Oak Point Developments are wanting to do our part in protecting all of our tenants and staff before allowing someone to enter one of our properties. 

At this time, we are still offering viewings of our suites and buildings BUT this can ONLY be done by an appointment.

Another option is to for us to do a video walk thru or send pictures of the suite and building.

We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause, but we all have to do our part in protecting each other while deal with Covid-19

If you are interested in one of our locations and would like to set up a time for a viewing there are a few easy steps to follow:

1) You can send us an email with some time and dates that work for you and we will do our best to arrange a veiwing.
you can do this by sending to scott@oakpoint.ca and he will get back to you with 24 hours.

2) You can fill out the online application and submit it to us through our website and one of the team members will call you to arrange a viewing.

By filling out the online application it will help with speeding the application processes on our end once you have a had a look at the property.

We can normal let you know if your applcation has been excepted within 2 business days.

Please note that all information is destroyed if you do not want to carry on with the application processes with in 24 hours.
