We will have a few diffrent options when it comes to a 1-bedroom suite at McQueen Gardens for June and July as we have a few suites that are on the first floor with walk out balconies.. McQueen Gardens is an Adult (40+) building just west of downtown Edmonton and is a on a bus route to ether Westmount shopping centre or Jasper Gate terminal. McQueen Gardens has been fitted with TELUS Optic Fiber to each of the suites and we do have Shaw Go Wi-Fi throughout the property for our SHAW customers to enjoy. McQueen Gardens is not your normal appartment building as it has an excerise room as well as a games room and includes your POWER in yuor rent. All of the suite have balconies with the ground floor suite being able to walk out onto the grass. The second floor suites have a glass railing. Each suite has a large in suite storage closet and we do offer more storage for free as we have lockers that you can lockup in our storagerooms. As we are just finishing up the renovations on 2 suite and they do come with 3 new stainless steel appliances and butch block countertops. Please note that WATER, HEAT and POWER are include in the rent at McQueen Gardens. These suites have been renovated from top to bottom, which includes new countertops, lighting, vanities, flooring, baseboard and casing. The suites have been painted through out. We do have limited parking at McQueen Gardens and we do charge $25 per month if you are wanting a parking spot in the lot. There is lots of free parking on the street around McQueen Gardens. Both suites had been painted throughout and the appliances had been replaced at the time of the renovation. We included all blinds for the windows, and the suite includes 1 parking spot. We base our rents on the square footage of the suite, does the suite have a balcony, parking, how many appliances come with the suite, as well as the extent of the renovations that has occurred to the suite at the time of the renovation which all helps us factors our price point for setting the rent for each of suites at our 6 different locations.
