English Manor is a small quite 11-suite building that is located 1 mile east of the Nait Campus (5-8 minutes away by bus). You are only 5 minutes by bus to the Coliseum Train Station (LRT).

English Manor has gone through major renovations to all the suites and hallways. (Kitchen, bath, floors, lighting, paint). Suites on the second and third floor do have balconies and have all been refurbished with a new floor covering.

English Manor only offers one-bedroom suites and you can find the laundry room on the first floor.

The building has had new windows and balcony doors installed for better heating and cooling. The hallways have been updated with new lighting and paint to give you that nice warm welcome.

English Manor is a quiet 11-suite walk up building that is a short walk to banks, Safeway and schools. It is only 5 from the LRT station by bus or a 10-minute walk. Kingsway Garden Mall is an 8-minute bus ride away. English Manor has SHAW Go Wi-Fi throughout the property for our SHAW customers to enjoy. The on ly suite we have left is a 1 bedroom suite on the third floor with balcony. English Manor is a pet friendly building but there is a $300 non-refundable deposit per pet. You must have management approval and you will be required to sign a pet contract for all pets before they are allowed to move in to the building. Our suites have been renovated from top to bottom which includes new countertops, lighting, vanities, flooring, baseboard and casing. The suites have been painted through out. The appliances where replaced at the time of the renovation. We included all blinds for the windows and Patio doors which also includes 1 parking spot. We base our rents on the square footage of the suite, if the suite has a balcony, parking, how many appliances, as well as the extent of the renovations that has occurred to the suite all helps us factors our price point to set the rent for each of suites and location.
